The products we distribute are made by bar or wire turning. We can supply the parts with heat and galvanic treatment or with special finishing such as lapping and grinding.

Wire turning:
from Ø 0.10mm up to Ø 15mm.

Escomatic, Traub. Pfiffner.

Brass, copper, bronze, aluminium, stainless steel, iron (lead and lead-free)

Bar turning :
from Ø 0.10mm up to Ø 45mm.

Machinery:
Single/multi spindle automatic lathes, CNC lathes and transfer machines.
Materials:
Brass, copper, bronze, aluminium, stainless steel, iron (lead and lead-free), nylon, peek and customer specific materials such as cromel, alumel, constantan.

Cold forming:
Screws and special parts
From Ø 2mm up to Ø 12mm.

Machinery:
Cold stamping (single/multi stations).
Materials:
Alloy steel and stainless steel.

A right first time attitude is important to us therefore we apply techniques such as Failure Mode, Effects Analysis (FMEA) and The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) in addition to Statistical Process Control (SPC).
We constantly review our processes with the aim of continual improvement. We have all the necessary tools to maintain and improve quality.
